October 6-8/2017 I went up to the Kennedy Meadows/Kern Plateau area in the Sierra Nevadas of Central California.  Perfect conditions!  All these trails and roads are between 7000-8000' elevation.

Thank you for the photos of your ride! That is some beautiful country, and some of the sandy trails look a bit tricky!
I'd love to do an off-road fishing trip some day!

I'd love to do an off-road fishing trip some day!

The sand wasn’t deep on these trails (other than one berm where I went over the top :0 ). The KTM handled them beautifully. If I was with a group, I could have taken some harder trails. However, there were other bikes around, so I wasn’t alone.
